The pricing below is for non contract, call when needed service. We also offer Remote Monitoring & Maintenance (RMM), which is a new offering from PC Tech Troop. This provides constant monitoring for a set price, with additional non covered items based on a discounted rate from what is listed below. Previously, it was impossible for us to automatically, remotely, maintain and manage your computers. Our Network Operations Center (NOC) has been upgraded with the latest hardware and software available to make this a reality. Please ask for our RMM pricing structure to find a consistent monthly rate based on your network which provides improved service at a lower cost.
